All items are custom made to order so I do not offer refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if there are any issues. I'll be sure to take care of you if an item is defective or if there was a mistake on my part. Please note that some minor imperfections are not considered to be abnormal when working with dye sublimation. This is due to a variety of factors. There's a very delicate balance between print settings, heat, pressure, and application method. This may look like a bit of discoloration near curved surfaces, visible seam lines on tumblers, or very slightly off centered placement. Of course all of this is subjective. Know that I am extremely picky with what I put out and would never give you a product that I'm not satisfied with.
When placing your order it's important to note that your provided images should have a minimum resolution of 300dpi otherwise they may get blurry when enlarged. Also note that monitors show color differently. If you need a perfect match for a color, it's best to provide the HEX code.
